We like to think of you all as our 'Volunteer Army'! We have always had tremendous support from parents at our school, from helping out with school trips, reading in the classroom and rolling up their sleeves to lend their services at the calendar events; to being an extra pair-of-hands at Friday's swimming lessons and as volunteer drivers. In addition the children love real-life 'show & tell'! If you have a job or a skill which you feel would be of interest then shout out!
In line with our safeguarding procedures, parents who wish to help out in school need to have a DBS (formerly known as a CRB) and this can be organised by the school office. Please note this may take a couple of weeks to process. For parents who want to be volunteer drivers for school trips a 'Volunteer Driver' form needs to be filled out and an up-to-date copy of your drivers licence card and car insurance provided.
If you would like to help us in any way then please pop in to see us in the school office.
